Sub:-    Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the

           PMG., Western  Region, Coimbatore-641 002– Reg.

Ref :-  PMG’s letter No. SR/02-01/2015/IV dated 07.12.2015. 

The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 29.12.15

Old Subjects:-  1. Request for filling up the vacant post of IP., Vaniyambadi Sub division by

                               making officiating arrangement.

                 2. Request for imparting Training to IPs/ASPs in Finacle and Macamish

                   software & Supply of new inspection questionnaire for the new environment

                   i.e Finacle and macamish.   

 

New Subjects: -

1.     Request to issue orders stopping verification of Passbooks during inspections, verification of high value withdrawals and Cent percent verification in CBS offices.

  

2.     Request for filling up of the vacant post of Mailoverseers in the sub divisions.

Especially in Darapuram, Metturdam and SankariDurg sub divisions.

3.     Request for supply of Laptop to all IPs/ASPs in RO/DO, so that they can easily carry this with them for effective monitoring of the functioning of Divisions/POs.

                               

The following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 29.12.2015. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to them.
