Sub:     Four monthly meeting of Recognized Service unions/Service
                        Associations with Chief PMG, -Reg

                        Ref :     CPMG TN letter No SR/1-15/2014/FMM dated at Chennai the 02-05-2014

The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed four monthly meeting to be held shortly at CO Chennai.

1.   Request to fill up the IP/ASP vacant Sub Dns on officiating arrangement.:-

At present many IP/ASP Sub divisions are kept vacant and the work in the vacant Sub divisions are managed on combination of duty with the nearby Sub Divisions. In the present scenario it is very difficult to manage a single Sub Division. Further such combination of work badly affects the quality of work on both the Sub Divisions. Hence this association requests the CPMG to kindly intervene and arrange for officiating arrangement.
