            Sub:-Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the

                     PMG., CCR., CHENNAI-600 002 to be held on 17.04.2015– reg.

          Ref :- PMG’s letter No. SR/1-16/12/CCR dated  06.04.2015.

          The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 17.04.2015.

New Subjects: -

a.     There is need for Training on all  IT Modernisation Projects, for all IPs and ASPOs.Till date there is no module evolved by the Department.  At least at Regional level (CCR)  it may be arranged as Pilot project. 

b.     Decentralisation of  CBS CPC work at Divisional level.  As of now CPC is functioning at Chennai for Tamil Nadu circle with much constraints of Man power, Space and Infrastructure.  The IPs/ASPs of CCR are pooled at CPC which works for whole circle.  It is suggested/requested  that the CPC is to be decentralised to Divisional level as done for PLI/RPLI.  This will pave easy facilitation at Division.  

c.     Request for Identification and filling up the post of IP(PG) as IP (BD).  The Public grievances has been managed through Web CC and there are lot of BD activities which has to be monitored and improved at Divisional level.  Due to penetration of E-commerce business which is aiming the Rural Market and Inspectorial cadre staff is required for BD activities at Division

         The following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 17.04.2015. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to them.
