You all are aware that our 40th Circle Conference is scheduled to be held on 23rd and 24th August 2012 at World University Study center, Chetput, Chennai.
Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the dispatch of ‘Invitations’ for our conference could not be done, well in advance, by the reception committee. However it has been dispatched now and it may reach you late or may not reach you due to intervening holidays. Please do not wait for the invitation to reach you or do not come up with an excuse that you did not receive it.
Hence all our members are requested to attend this conference on 23rd and 24th August 2012 and EC members may attend one day in advance for pre conference CWC. The World University Study center is situated very near to Egmore Railway station, Chennai, just 3 to 4 minutes walk for health IPs/ASPs and bit more for others.
Required arrangements have been made by the RC and members are requested to contact, Shri. K. Shankar, ASP, Chennai North Division in his mobile No. 96001-84314. Hope you have remitted your collections to the RC treasurer.
