TN Circle Conference

DEAR COMRADES, 

Reception committee, Chennai, cordially invites you to the 40^th Circle Conference at World University Centre, Chennai on 23^rd and 24^th August 2012. 

            The World University Center is being situated very nearer to Egmore Railway station, Chennai.  Three minutes walk from Egmore Railway station/Bus stand, we  reach  WUS Centre.

            In order facilitate the stay, accommodation is arranged at WUS centre itself.  Separate accommodation is arranged exclusively for our women members at 3^rd floor of WUS Centre.      Our Accommodation committee will provide all the required facilities and information on arrival.  Members are requested to contact Shri K Sankar, ASP, Chennai City North Division, Secretary Accommodation Committee, (Mob No. 9600184314) for further details.

             We have proposed to conduct following Cultural Programme on 23/08/2012

a.        A colour full walk show for our wards

b.       An Entertaining and  humorous  activity for our women members

c.        “Neeya   Nana “  prgramme- organized by our members

d.        Revealing Talents           

            More than 20 wards were enrolled for our colour full walk show.  The walk show will be as like Fashion show and our wards will walk on the stage with their mother/father adorned with colorful dress, matching with special characters, which they opt.  The wards may be dressed up like “Alibaba”, Cyndrulla, Cowboy etc.    

The walk show and other cultural activities are being organized to reveal our talents and to make our wards happy and to have entertaining get together with our family members.  

Hence we request all our members to enroll their wards for walk show on the stage.   

Our members have possessed with much more talents like Singing, Dancing etc.  This is the opportunity for them to reveal their talents. Hence all are requested to participate and expose their talents.

Almost all the works have been completed and our committee members are waiting for your arrival for the memorable conference and to serve you better than ever.                       

            Dear comrades, the conference countdown has started and we are expecting your arrival at Chennai for our impressive conference. 

          The successful conference is not only on our presence but also on financial strength.  Hence we request our comrades to remit their Donation collections and Souvenir collections immediately to make our conference much successful.
