Invitation to Circle Conference

Dear Comrades,

CS Shri.S.Rajendra babu / CP Shri.M.Balakrishnan / OS Shri.Jegatselvan and Shri.M.Mohanarangam, Chairman Reception committee met Chief PMG Madam on 30.07.2012 and invited to the ensuing Conference to be held on Chennai on 22 to 24 August 2012. Madam also consented to attend the Conference.

And also the team met Shri.Kulbir Singh, PMG (BD,Tech & Mktg), Shri.J.T.Venkateswaralu DPS (HQ), Shri.Parimal Sinha DPS (MB) and Sumitha Ayodhya, DPS CCR and invited them to attend the Conference and they also consented.

The team also met APMsG & ADs in Circle Office and invited them to the Conference.

Next day, ie) 31.07.2012, the CS & team visited Coimbatore and invited Shri.A.N.Nanda, PMG, Western Region (TN), Coimbatore to the Conference and also consented to attend the Conference. Then met APMG (Staff) & ADs in RO, Coimbatore and invited.

The team also met Shri.Jayashankar, DPS, Southern Region (TN), Madurai, available at RO, Coimbatore and invited to the Conference.

In the evening, a group meeting was conducted at O/o SRM, RMS CB Dn, Coimbatore. 15 comrades of in & around Coimbatore participated in the meeting. Detailed discussions were held in connection with conducting of conference besides discussed the local issues. Shri.Gugendran, SRM, RMS CB Dn, presided the meeting & delivered valuable inputs. Elaborate arrangements has been made by Shri.Arumugam, ASP HQ, SRM CB Dn.

All are requested to kindly co-operate and make this Conference as a grand success.
