FLASH : REVISED TOUR DA RULES ...

as per MoF OM No.19030 / 3 / 2008 - E. IV Dt. 22.01.09 stated that,

officers may choose to be governed either by orders Dt. 23.09.08 (revised 6 cpc) or Dt. 17.04.98 (old rates) reg DA on Tour.

in other words, officers can choose old rates of DA or new 6 cpc Rules (production of Food Bills must).

consequently, the old BP was changed according to 6 cpc is follows :

OLD ------------------------ NEW
Rs.16400 & above - Rs.30500 & above.
Rs.8000 to 16400 - Rs.1500 to 30500.
Rs.6500 to 8000 - Rs.12500 to 15000.
Rs.4100 to 6500 - Rs.8000 to 12500.
Rs.4100 & below - Rs.8000 below.

NFPE and all its affiliated All India Unions / Associations - P3, P4, R3, R4, Admn and Postal Accounts - served a joint Strike Notice for indefinite strike from 20.01.2009 for realisation of both common demands of CGE and also a Sectional Main Charter of Demands containing 19 Demands of both GDS and Regualr employees as decided by the Guntur NFPE All India Convention. The Sectional Demand Number 6 contains the entire 111 Charter of Demands submitted on 15.02.2008 by us to the Department.
