The OA filed by IP/ASP association AP Circle Branch came up for hearing before Hon'ble CAT bench Hyderabad. The Hon,ble CAT allowed our OA and directed the CPMG AP circle Hyderabad to take the list of willing and eligible ASPs from the association and allow them to appear for the Senior Postmaster examination scheduled to be held on 31-12-2011.Furthe details will be updated shortly.
Ch.Vijaya Gopal ASP Secunderabad south and G.V.Srinivasulu ASP(Hq) Kurnool have filed OA no 1279/2011 before CAT Hyderabad bench in individual capacity. CAT in its order dated 14-12-2011 has directed the respondents to allow the applicants to appear for the examination and keep the result in sealed cover.

Well done AP Circle.Hope our TN Circle association will also initiate immediate action to safeguard the interests of members of our Association.If we fail to act now,the loss will be heavy.
