Sub : Request for early payment of PLI incentives for the year 2010-2011
to our members – reg.
Ref : arising.
This is regarding payment of incentives for the PLI business procured by our IPs/ASPs in Tamil Nadu Circle for the year 2010 – 2011.
Madam, the incentives for the PLI business done by our members, up to 31st December 2010 had been paid to us, in time, but the incentives for the business procured from 01.01.2011 to 31.03.2011 is yet to be paid to us and we did maximum business, only during this last quarter and we await payment of considerable amount of incentives.
It may not be wrong to record here that we, the IPs/ASPs, contribute major share/portion of the PLI target achieved in our Circle, every year. This is done, in addition to our regular work viz.. inspections, investigations, enquiries, RPLI, BPL SB accounts & other target oriented BD activities. The timely payment of incentives for the PLI business done by us, will definitely motivate us in a positive way, to contribute more & more, not only in PLI but also in many other areas and to add colours to our T.N. Circle.
I, being the Circle Secretary of this Association request our benign Chief PMG Madam kindly to arrange for early payment of incentives for the PLI business done by us for the period from 01.01.2011 to 31.03.2011, please.
