Dear Comrades, It is nowhere else except in TN...During July 2011,Dte. had called for the views of the Circles only but has not issued any order/ instructions to the Circles. The views of our Association were not asked. Will the options of our cadre people will be called for or this is yet another weapon of victimisation?????...
Do this cluster policy has got the approval of Directorate. If not this is initiated in TN circle. Is this cluster policy for IP/ASP is acceptable to the association. If not what is the action being taken against it. I think we all should oppose this step in unity. As per the Indiapost Website, Suggestions/Comments/Feed back is being sought from Group A officers / IPOs Officers in r/o Transfer policy 2011 which include Clusters etc for them. Personally I think it is clear indication that dept is ready to heed to the requests from Officers in this regard.
