            Sub:-   Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the

                     PMG., Central  Region, Tiruchirappalli-620 001– reg.

          Ref :-  PMG’s letter No. SR/3-22/13/TR dated  22.06.2015 & 23.06.2015

          The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 30.07.2015.

New Subjects: -

1.     Request for release of pending IO/PO Honorarium bills to all IPs/ASPs.

2.     Request for releasing PLI/RPLI incentive bills to all IPs/ASPs.

3.     Request for filling up the vacant post of ASPs/IPs by making officiating arrangement from the cadre of IPs/PAs., respectively

         The following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 30.07.2015. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to them.
