AIAIPASP/2014 02nd May 2014
Sub: Four monthly meeting of Recognized Service
unions/Service
Associations with Chief PMG, -Reg
Ref : CPMG TN
letter No SR/1-15/2014/FMM dated at Chennai the 02-05-2014Associations with Chief PMG, -Reg
The
following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed four monthly meeting
to be held shortly at CO Chennai.
1. Request to fill up the IP/ASP vacant
Sub Dns on officiating arrangement.:-
At
present many IP/ASP Sub divisions are kept vacant and the work in the vacant Sub
divisions are managed on combination of duty with the nearby Sub Divisions. In
the present scenario it is very difficult to manage a single Sub Division.
Further such combination of work badly affects the quality of work on both the
Sub Divisions. Hence this association requests the CPMG to kindly intervene and
arrange for officiating arrangement.
2. Request to consider the IP/ASP Regional
transfer request before commencing the Academic year:- Few of our IP/ASPO’s have applied for
Regional transfer mainly to join with their family members. Though they have
completed sufficient years of service outside their choice of station, their genuine
transfer request to the choice of station is delayed. If the current Academic
year started then it would be very difficult for them to get admission to their
children in the new station. Further getting relief from the admitted Schools
is also a big financial loss to them. Therefore this Association most kindly
request the CPMG to consider their genuine demand and issue early orders for
Regional Transfer.
3. Request to release the 10% withheld
PLI incentive and allot sufficient fund for effecting PLI/RPLI incentive
to IP/ASPOs
The 10%
withheld PLI incentive is not paid to the IP/ASPOs for the last few years.
Further their PLI/RPLI incentive for their business in last two years is also
kept pending for want of fund. Hence this association requests the CPMG to
kindly intervene and arrange sufficient fund for effecting payment of this
pending items.
The
following members of our Association will attend the proposed four monthly
meeting to be held at Chennai shortly. It is kindly requested to make necessary
relief arrangements to them.
