The
following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting
to be held during May 2014.
1.
Request
to allot sufficient funds for payment of RPLI/PLI incentives to the staff :-
The prime motivation to the front
end work force in marketing and achieving their target in insurance is the
payment of incentives in time. Though the PLI incentive is generated
automatically, it is not achieved in respect of RPLI business due to some
technical problem. But both the incentive payments are pending due to funds
constraints which adversely affect the business. As such this Association most
kindly requests the Postmaster General to arrange for automatic generation of
incentive to RPLI and allot sufficient funds for effecting early payment of
both RPLI and PLI incentives to IP/ASPOs.
The
following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly
meeting to be held during May 2014. It is kindly requested to make necessary
relief arrangements to them.
