In this regard it is submitted that no such cluster tenure is maintained for any IP/ASP in any part of the country. Already many regions have issued the transfer orders without notification on cluster. When the issue of cluster transfer was raised by our circle, we have discussed the subject with our then CPMG Tamilnadu Circle in four monthly meeting and the cluster transfer is dropped. Further no such transfer is ordered in any part of the country. As such I most kindly request the benign PMG to drop the proposal of cluster transfer.
Thanking You Madam,
Yours Faithfully,
(M.Newton
Balakrishnan)
Circle Secretary
