Dear comrade,
Well and wish you the same.
It is proposed to hold the 40th Circle conference at W.U.S Centre, Chetpet, Chennai 600 031 from 23.08.2012 to 24.08.2012. The CWC meeting will be held on 22.08.2012. The detailed program will be communicated to you as early as possible.
A colourful souvenir will be released in the conference. I request you to kindly send your articles relating to postal history, problems faced by our cadre, any interesting events/ incidents while carrying out your duties or achieving your targets,etc., Apart from this, jokes, poems etc, also may be sent to Sri P.Krishnamurthy, ASP, HQ, O/o SSPOs, Tambaram Division, Chennai 600045 and Chairman, Souvenir committee thro’ email (kissmoo123@rediffmail.com) or in neatly typed/written copy on or before 05.08.2012.
Further, it is proposed to extend an ‘Excellence award’ to the wards of our members, who secured more than 75 % in the 10th examination and +2 examination held during 2011 and 2012. Further any individual achievements in sports, science, Civil service examination, medical, invention of new products by your ward may also be communicated to Dr. Banumathy, ASP, Chennai City Central Division, Chennai-600017, along with the relevant copies on or before 05.08.2012.
Members are requested to share their contribution by sending quality articles and also by securing as many advertisement as possible for the souvenir, and also the donations for the successful conduct of the conference. The required donation coupons and souvenir appeals have already been forwarded to you. If you have not received the same till date, kindly contact Sri Babu, ASP, Ambattur Sub Dn (Cell No.9443092338).In this connection you are also requested to contact the business community, Industrialist, and other well-wishers to extend their co-operation by supporting us through their advertisements and sponsors.
I personally wish to meet all the Divisional heads, officers and members invite them for attending the conference. I also wish to conduct the group meeting in each Region before the conduct of the Circle conference. A tour program is being charted out and the same will be communicated to you at the earliest.
My expectation/aspiration is that as a dynamic member you take active part in attending the conference and make the conference a grand success by extending your mighty support.
