NOTIFICATION

Under the provisions of Article 48 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspector Posts & Assistant Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified that biennial 40^th  CIRCLE CONFERENCE of this Association will be held on 23^rd  and 24^th August 2012 (Thursday & Friday) at World University Study Centre (W.U.S. centre), Chetpet, Chennai 600 031.

AGENDA

1.            Confirmation of the minutes of the 39^th Circle Conference held at Thanjavur on 5^th & 6^th August 2010,

2.            Approval of the minutes of the last CWC held at Chennai on 11.05.2012.

3.            Adoption of Annual Report and Audited accounts for the period from 4^th August 2010 to 21^st August 2012,

4.            Subject matters for debate/discussion and decision thereon:

i.             Up gradation of IP grade pay,

ii.           Cluster/tenure policy,

iii.          Reallotment of surplus qualified IPs,

iv.          Supply of laptops to ASP (HQrs), ODs & IP (PG),

v.            Re-organization of sub divisions,

vi.          Provision of infrastructure to sub divisions,

vii.         Regular promotion to PSS Group B,

viii.       Any other items with the permission of the chair,

5.            Organizational review,

6.            Construction of building at Yercaud & mobilizing funds for it,

7.            Financial review,

8.            Membership verification,

9.            Approval of the draft resolutions,

10.         Amendments to the constitution,

11.         Election of the Office bearers,

12.         Election of Delegates to the next All India Conference to he held at Patna,

13.         Venue of the next circle conference,

14.         Any other items with the approval of the chair,

15.         Vote of thanks.
