Under the provisions of Article 48 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspector and Assistant Superintendents Posts, it is herby notified that the Circle Working Committee Meeting of this Association will be held at 10 a.m., on Friday the 19^th August 2011 at Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari.

 AGENDA

1.                  Approval of the minutes of last CWC held at Yercaud on 29.10.2010,

2.                  Proposed formation of cluster in Regions – Tenure policy in TN circle for IPs/ASPs reckoning achievement of targets,

3.                  Transfer of IPs/ASPs in the middle of the academic year or before completing their tenure without their request – problems faced by IPs/ASPs in Southern Region,

4.                  Allotment / Re-allotment of IPs/ASPs to other regions – pending cases,

5.                  Enrolling erstwhile members of IRM Association in our IP/ASP Association,

6.                  Building fund, latest position:

i.                     Formation of a permanent committee to manage/safeguard the site purchased by our Association and other Assets,

ii.                   Creation of fund for construction of holiday home/resort (for our members) in our site at Yercaud.

7.                  Up gradation of IP grade pay to Rs. 4,600 – latest position,

8.                  Merger of ASP with SP cadre – latest position,

9.                  Re-allotment of surplus qualified IPs, working in other circles to our circle, in the light of dropping of surplus qualified policy,

10.              Organizational review,

11.              Anchal Aayvalar,

12.              Other items with the permission of the chair.
