Today, I visited Postal Directorate and it came to notice that ACRs/APARs from Bihar, Gujarat, Kerala, Rajasthan, M.P. & U.P. Circles have not been received so far. Circle Secretaries of these Circles are requested to please arrange for submission of the same from their Circles so that DPC could be held as early as possible.
