Yes, I totally agree with the comment. In the above proposal, there is no harm for anybody, since an IP who will be getting 4800 after about 25 years of becoming an IP will now get it exactly in 10 years through ACP. Moreover, IP and ASP could get place of posting of their choice since they will not be demarcated as IP/ASP post.
Is it the merger of borth Cadres (4200/ & 4600). If so What an ASP will get GP whether 4800/-. The proposal in detail may pls be hosted in your web page.

What is this proposal? Is it the merger of Ip/ASp cadre ? Pls update. All Ips are very anxious to know.
