                                Sub:-     Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the PMG.,

                           The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held during February-2015.

Old Subjects:-  “NIL”                          

New Subjects: -

1.          Request to give copy of APAR for the year 2013-14 to all IP/ASPs

It is brought to the notice of this Association that the reviewed copy of APAR is not supplied to few IP/ASPs in Southern Region. Therefore it is requested to supply the same atonce.

2.        Grant of sufficient funds for RPLI/PLI incentive to Divisions.

          Huge number of first year procurement commission bills are kept pending in almost all the divisions in Southern Region due to fund constraint. February and March are the peak business months in which our officials used to do aggressive marketing. If the commission bills are paid now there would be an automatic motivation and the business will increase. Hence it is kindly requested to allot sufficient fund to effect payment of commissions early.

3.        Request to impart training to IP/ASP in the latest software Finacle and McCamish.

          Though the IP/ASP’s are well versed in our present Application Software their exposure in the new Software are almost NIL. This badly affects their performance in the current and inspection work in new Software. Therefore this Association most kindly request to arrange a training programme to all IP/ASPs in the new software.

                                 The following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held during February-2015. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to them.

மீண்டும் புழக்கத்திற்கு வருகிறது 1 ரூபாய் நோட்டு

மும்பை: பச்சை வண்ணத்திலான 1 ரூபாய் நோட்டு 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகு மீண்டும் புழக்கத்திற்கு வர உள்ளதாக   ரிசர்வ் வங்கி அறிவித்துள்ளது.

1 ரூபாய், 2 ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளை அச்சடிப்பதற்கான செலவு அதிகரித்ததால் மத்திய அரசு, கடந்த 1994 ஆம் ஆண்டு 1 ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளை அச்சடிக்கும் பணியை நிறுத்தியது. அதை தொடர்ந்து 1995 பிப்ரவரியில் 2 ரூபாய் நோட்டும், அதே ஆண்டு நவம்பர் மாதம் 5 ரூபாய் நோட்டும் அச்சடிப்பது நிறுத்தப்பட்டது.

ரூ.10, ரூ.20, ரூ.50, ரூ.100, ரூ.500, ரூ.1,000 நோட்டு தாள்கள் மட்டும் அச்சடிக்கப்பட்டு வந்த நிலையில், 1 ரூபாய், 2 ரூபாய், 5 ரூபாய் மதிப்பில் நாணயங்கள் தயாரித்து வெளியிடப்பட்டன. சமீப காலமாக நாணயங்களுக்கு நாடு முழுவதும் கடும் தட்டுப்பாடு நிலவுகிறது. இதை தொடர்ந்து ரூபாய் நோட்டு புழக்கத்தை ஆய்வு செய்த மத்திய அரசு, நாணயங்களுக்கு பதில் மீண்டும் 1 ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளை அச்சடிப்பது என்று முடிவு செய்துள்ளது.

அதன்படி 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகு மீண்டும் 1 ரூபாய் நோட்டு வினியோகத்துக்கு விரைவில் வர உள்ளது. இது குறித்து ரிசர்வ் வங்கி வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில், ''1 ரூபாய் நோட்டுக்களை மத்திய அரசு அச்சடிக்கும். 2011 நாணய சட்டப்படி இந்த நோட்டுகள் இருக்கும்.

அந்த நோட்டுக்களில் நிதிதுறை செயலாளர் கையொப்பம் இருக்கும். மீண்டும் புழக்கத்துக்கு வர உள்ள 1 ரூபாய் நோட்டுக்கள் பச்சை நிறத்தில் இருக்கும்" என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது.

100 ஆண்டு தபால் நிலையம்!

கடந்த 1914 ம் ஆண்டு தனுஷ்கோடி-இலங்கை கப்பல் போக்குவரத்துக்கு இருநாட்டு மக்களிடம் நல்ல வரவேற்பு இருந்தது. அதுமட்டுமில்லாமல் இலங்கை செல்லும் பயணிகளின் உடல்நலம் பரிசோதிக்கும் இடமாக 300 ஏக்கரில் வீடுகள். மருத்துவமனைகள். பாஸ்போர்ட் அலுவலகம். தபால் நிலையம் கட்டப்பட்டது. அதில் தபால் நிலையம் 100 ஆண்டுக்குமேல் பழமையானது. இதைதான் “மண்டபம் முகாம்” என்று அழைக்கின்றனர். இதில் தற்போது இலங்கை அகதிகள் தங்க வைக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளனர்.

100 ஆண்டுக்கும் மேலாக கம்பீரமாக காட்சியளிக்கும் இந்த கட்டிடம் பிரிட்டிஷ் காலத்தில் பிரிட்டிசரால் கட்டப்பட்டது. இன்றும் இயங்கிவரும் தபால்நிலையம். இங்கு நாள் ஒன்றுக்கு உள்ளூர்-வெளிநாட்டு தபால்களும் குறைந்தது 400-600 வரை தபால் வருகிறது பணம் பரிவர்த்தனையும் இந்த தபால் நிலையம் பட்டுவாடா செய்து வருகிறது.

தேனி: மத்திய அரசின் 'செல்வமகள் சேமிப்புத் திட்டம்' அனைத்து போஸ்ட் ஆபீஸ்களிலும் துவக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இத்திட்டத்தில் 9.1 சதவீதம் வட்டி வழங்கப்படும்.

பெண்குழந்தைகளை பாதுகாக்க 'செல்வமகள் சேமிப்புத் திட்டத்தை' அனைத்து போஸ்ட் ஆபீஸ்களிலும் துவக்க மத்திய அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. இதில் ?? வயதுக்கு உட்பட்ட குழந்தைகள் சேரலாம். நடப்பு ஆண்டில் மட்டும் 11 வயது வரை உள்ள குழந்தைகள் சேமிப்பு கணக்கு துவக்கலாம். கணக்கில் குறைந்தபட்சம் ???? ரூபாய் செலுத்தலாம். ஒரு நிதி ஆண்டில் அதிகபட்சம் ?.? லட்சம் ரூபாய் வரை டிபாசிட் செய்யலாம். இத்தொகைக்கு 9.1 சதவீதம் வட்டி வழங்கப்படும். 18 வயது அடைந்த உடன் கல்வி செலவிற்காக தொகையில் பாதியை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம். 21 வயதில் முதிர்வு தொகை முழுதும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம். ஒரு பாதுகாவலர் இரண்டு குழந்தைகளுக்கு கணக்கு தொடங்க முடியும். ஜன.,?? ல் இத்திட்டம் சென்னையில் துவக்கப்பட்டது. நேற்று முதல் இத்திட்டம், நகர் பகுதி முழுநேர போஸ்ட் ஆபீஸ்களில் துவக்கப்பட்டது.
