            Sub:-    Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the
                         PMG., Western  Region, Coimbatore-641 002– Reg.
            Ref :-  PMG’s letter No. SR/02-01/2016/I dated 08.02.2016. 

           The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 09.03.2016

Old Subjects:-   1. Request for filling up the vacant posts of IPs/ASPs.

                             2. Request for Supply of Laptop to IPs/ASPs working in DO/RO
New Subjects: -
                       1. Request to issue orders for passing pending TA bills of all IPs/ASPs.

                       2. Request to generate RPLI/PLI incentive bills through McCamish in
                            all divisions.

                       3. Request for issuing revised inspection questionnaire  for taking
                           inspections on Finacle/McCamish software and withdrawal of verification
                           of passbooks and high value withdrawals memo..

The following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 09.03.2016. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to them.
