Sub:- Bi-monthly
meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the
PMG.,
CCR., Chennai-600002.– Reg.
Ref :- PMG’s letter No. SR/1-16/CCR/2015 dated 30.12.2015.
The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed
Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 22.01.2016.
Old
Subjects:- NIL.
New
Subjects: -
1. Request to replace the laptops with a New one in a phased manner in
all the Sub Divisions
Brief:
Laptops
were supplied to Sub Divisions in the year April 2010. The laptops has outlived its life as it is
almost six years old and the configuration is also low compared to the latest
market standards. Considering the
ongoing projects like CIS and CBS where online logging and checking is
required, it is requested to replace the laptops with a new one in a phased
manner in all the Sub Divisions.
2. Request
for Provision of Air conditioner to the O/o the IP/ASPs Sub divisions, as a
welfare measure to IPs/ASPs
Brief: In the present working condition all our Sub
Divisional heads, need to travel extensively for their Visits/Enquires/Verification/Marketing
etc. In the present scenario all of our
Sub Divisional IPs/ASPs need to execute all levels of Multiple Tasks. These causes indirectly a sort of physical as
well as mental stress to our IPs/ASPs.
Providing Air conditioner in the office will boost the morale of our
IPs/ASPs, which results in better contributions/Output towards implementation
and achievement of targets. The
customers/public will also feel happy to visit our Sub Divisional
office, as it will improve our office Ambience.
In
this context and to beat the summer, it is requested for Provision of Air
conditioner to the O/o the IP/ASPs Sub Divisions, as a welfare measure.
3. Request for allotment of funds/Additional
funds for the payment of TA Bills & RPLI incentives to IPs/ASPs.
The
following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly
meeting to be held on 22.01.2016. It is kindly requested to make necessary
relief arrangements to them.
