                            Subject:  Request for circulation of DoPT Memo dated 26^th September 2014 regarding relaxation to travel by air to visit NER, J&K and A&N Islands.

Respected Sir,  

          IP/ASP Association would like bring to your kind notice that DoPT vide their Memo No. 31011/03/2014-Estt(A-IV) dated 26^th September 2014 (copy enclosed) has relaxed the CCS (LTC) Rules, 1988 to travel by air to North East Region (NER), Jammu & Kashmir and Andaman and Nicobar islands (A&N) in economy class and at LTC 80 fare or less for a period of two years from the date of issue of said OM.

             It is further bring to your kind notice that above referred OM is found not circulated by our Department. It is therefore earnestly requested to circulate the above referred DoPT OM immediately to enable the officials/officers to book their tickets well in advance and to avail the facility.   

             An early action is requested.
