Sub:-  Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the PMG, CCR., Chennai-600002 –  Reg.

Ref :-     PMG’s letter No. SR/1-16/12/CCR dated  05.11.2014.

                The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 28.11.2014.

Old Subjects:-  “NIL”                      

New Subjects:-

1. Request for filling up of vacant Sub Divisions.  Some of the Sub Divisions are being managed by holding additional charge by the neighbouring Sub Divisional head.  The continuous additional charge by the Sub Divisional head adversely affects the vital administrative functions of both Sub Divisions. 

2. Request for providing clerical assistance to Sub Divisional heads at least for half a day to facilitate the Sub Divisional heads to execute their work more effectively and to have much concentration on Business prospective. 

3. Review and creation of new Sub Divisions through out the region, for effective monitoring. (ex)  Tambaram Sub Dn.

        The following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 28.11.2014. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to them.
