Sub: Bi-monthly union meeting with PMG,Central Region proposed to be held during July 2014–reg.
Ref : PMG CR letter No SR/3-22/2013/TR dated at Tiruchirappalli the 10-06-2014

The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 

18-07-2014 (Friday)

Subject 1:-
Request to fill up the vacant Sub Divisions: - 

At present the Sub divisions are overloaded with various new types of work and the Sub Divisional heads find it very difficult in managing their own Sub Division. In this circumstance if any other Sub divisional work is combined the Sub Divisional Heads become restless and the quality of work also become poor. As such it is most kindly requested to fill up the vacant Sub Divisions immediately.


Subject 2:- 

Request to allot sufficient fund for passing the PLI/RPLI incentive bills of IP/ASP in Central Region.
