            Sub:     Bi-monthly union meeting with PMG, Southern Region Madurai to be held                           on 20-11-2013 – reg.

The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 20-11-2013

Pending subject

1.           Request for early passing of IO/PO honorarium bills of IP/ASP

            At present the IO/PO honorarium bills submitted by IP/ASPs are pending in RO for more than a year. So it is most kindly requested to pass these bills early in the revised rate.

New subject

1.             Request to filling up the IP/ASP posts of vacant Subdivisions

            At present the vacant IP/ASP subdivision work is combined with other subdivision; which becomes an additional burden to the sub divisional head and they are not able to achieve their target in both the Sub divisions. As the year end is very close and the marketing of the essential items are peak in the forth coming months it is very difficult to manage two sub divisions even by an efficient official. Therefore it is requested to fill up the vacant sub divisions with willing IP/ASPOs considering their transfer request.

The following members of our Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 20-11-2013. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to them.
