3. All
the officers in the above list (except Sl. 1, 43, 44, 96) shall be
relieved immediately to join their place
of posting on promotion without any delay. In case their posting orders is not
issued, they may report to concerned Circle Headquarter and sign their charge
report by 31.12.2012 positively.
4. The
officers at Sl. 1, 43, 44, 96 above, who
are due to superannuate in this month itself ie) 31.12.2012 should be made to
join by 31.12.2012.
No reallotment request will be
considered within a period of 1 year.
Officers should be relieved within
15 days from the date of this order.
In case, an officer is not willing
to accept his promotion, his declination letter in writing should be received
in Directorate within 30 days of this order, failing which, it shall be
presumed that he has declined the promotion.
