Subject: Request to accommodate the
surplus qualified IPs of Tamilnadu Circle working outside the Circle in the
Home Circle-reg.
Respected Madam,
This is regarding re-allotment
of the surplus qualified Tamilnadu Circle IPs working in other circles. As per
the scheme 45 IPs from Tamilnadu Circle were allotted to other circles.
Conveniently 9 IPs have already been re-allotted to Tamilnadu Circle whereas
remaining 36 IPs are still working in other circles, far from their families
having language and other similar placed problems. It is noteworthy to mention
that the candidates who have qualified in the subsequent year under the surplus
candidates have been allotted to the same circle in many parts of the country,
but those candidates allotted to various other circles during 2010 are denied
to revert back to their parent circle.
Even though the scheme of
surplus qualified candidates of IP examination has been discontinued from 2011
vide Directorate letter No. A-34020/01/2007-DE dated 21/7/2011, the sufferings
of surplus IPs of Tamilnadu Circle is still continuing and affecting the
most.
This Association would like to
bring to your kind notice that, at present 45 IP posts are vacant in Tamilnadu
Circle. Many a Postal Sub Divisions are vacant and managed by additional
charge. The existing IPs in Tamilnadu circle have already been over burdened
and holding the additional charge of neighbouring Sub Divisions since years
together would put them under more stress and pain.
In view of above submissions
your kind honour is requested to issue necessary instructions to all Circles
particularly Tamilnadu Circle to consider transfers of IPs under Rule 38 to
their parent circle, as circles have sufficient vacancies to adjust IP cadre
officials.
A line in reply is requested.
Yours sincerely,
sd/-
