The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held during September 2012 in all regions.
1. Non supply of SB/RD lists by SOs and HOs causing delay in investigation
It is brought to the notice of this Association that the HOs and SOs are not supplying the updated list of balances of all accounts standing in Pos to the Sub Divisional heads immediately for cent percent verification of accounts due to fraud. This caused delay in investigation. Further in later dates the Sub divisional heads are being punished as subsidiary offender for the delay in investigation. Therefore it is requested to instruct all the divisional heads to supply the list of balances immediately.
2. Grant of RPLI incentive to Sub divisional heads for processing the Application
The 10% incentive entitled to the Sub divisional heads for processing the RPLI applications are being stopped for the past two years. Sub divisional heads work load has been increased abnormally due to this additional work. Apart from processing the application the Sub divisional heads are the key persons in marketing the product of insurance. Hence it is kindly requested to restore the 10% incentive at once.
3. Request for early passing of IP/ASP TA bills
The IP/ASP’s TA bills are delayed in divisions due to fund constraints in the particular head. Nowadays this cadre is always on tour and spent huge amount during tour due to the steep increase of prices. They are not able to afford fund for TA expenses from their salary. So it is kindly requested to pass their bills early in the revised rate on self declaration for food bill providing adequate fund.
