Sub: Request to accommodate the Surplus Qualified IPs of Tamilnadu circle working outside the circle in to Home Circle - reg
This is regarding re allotment of the surplus qualified Tamilnadu IPs working in other circles to our home circle. Under this scheme 45 IPs from Tamilnadu Circle were allotted to other circles. Out of which 9 IPs have been already re-allotted to Tamilnadu circle. Remaining 36 male IPs are still working in other circles leaving their family members in Tamilnadu.
The scheme of surplus qualified candidates for IP examination has been discontinued from 2011 itself vide Dte Letter No. A-34020/01/2007-DE dated 21.07.2011. Those candidates stands allotted to various other circles during 2010 are denied to go back to their parent circle. But the candidates who have qualified in the subsequent year under the surplus candidates have been allotted to the same circle in many parts of the country. Further many circles have already accommodated their circle surplus qualified IPs working outside the circle in to their home circle. The most affected surplus Tamilnadu male IPs are still working in Northern part of the country.
At present 45 IP posts are vacant in our circle. Even some Sub divisions are vacant and managed by additional charge. Hence I most kindly request the benign CPMG to consider the genuine request of Tamilnadu circle IPs and a proposal may please be taken up with Directorate for accommodating all the surplus qualified IPs in to our circle as one time measure.
