Even after, 45 IPs promoted to ASP cadre, vacancy position is Nil in TN circle. I wonder, how it is possible? Only possible reason is that lady surplus IPs who were accommodated in home circle adjusting future vacancies for the past three years have swallowed these vacancies.

Giving importance to the lady staff is a welcoming issue. But nullifying the future progression of the future generation(including lady staffs) due to injustice decision of the department is an utter nonsense
If vacancies are nil, examination cannot be conducted as surplus scheme has been done away with.
