wr bi-monthly meeting

wr bi-monthly meeting held on 13.02.09 at RO, Coimbatore. Shri.K.Ezhil, CS and Shri.Gopinath, ASP (OD), O/o SSPOs, Coimbatore attended the meeting.

it was chaired by Shri.M.S.Ramanujam, PMG (Addl), WR and Shri.Mervin Alexander, DPS, WR & Shri.Ramasamy, APMG (Staff) and Shri.Neethipathi AD (M).

the follg 4 new subjects were discussed :
1. Reduction of tenure of IPs / ASPs working in Hilly Station like Nilgiris Dn - Reply - the tenure was reduced to 3 yrs & similarly the post of ASP, Coonoor Sub Dn as shown as vacant in RT 2009.

2. Upgradation of IP, Coimbatore South Sub Dn as ASP & simultaneousl by downgrading ASP, Coonoor Sub Dn as IP - reply - not considered due to administrative problems.

3. Supply of sufficient TA Funds to all Dns in WR - reply - request considered and necessary funds will be granted.

4. Providied sufficient accoommodation to Sub Dn offices like Ooty Sub Dn, Krishnagiri East & West - reply - Krishnagiri East & West to be shifted to new HO building and Ooty Sub Dn request was considerd and necessary orders will be issued.
