News from GS - re-organization of Sub Dns

Dte is in the proposal of re-orginazation of all Sub Dn into ASP Cadre.

All Sub Dns manned by ASPs only.
present IPs attached to concern DO. ASP (HQ) downgraded into IP (Admin).
ASP (OD) / ASP (R) will remain to cater Financial powers like TA Bils / GPF / CRs etc.
At present 450 Sub Dns manned by IPs will be upgraded.
Whole Sub Dn manned by ASP with extra Administrative / financial powers.
And also certain % (30%) of Inspections done by ASPs & remaining by IPs.
All ASPs provide Laptops.
