Circle Allottments to Direct IP Candidates 2013

Directorate vide memo No. 7-4/2015-SPB-II dated 7^th July, 2015 has allotted 121 candidates nominated by Staff Section Commission for appointment as Inspector Posts on the basis of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2013 to Postal Circles. The circle wise allotment is as under.There was actual nomination for 122 candidates.

Directorate has already forwarded dossiers of all the candidates to concerned circle.

While ascertaining the progress on appointment of candidates it was told that few candidates are so far not approached to the concerned circle to complete pre-appointment / appointment formalities. More than 4 months period have already been elapsed and appointment formalities are said to be not completed by the circles. Due to this there is shortage of IPs in the circle. 

It is therefore directed to each Circle Secretary as well as CHQ Office Bearer to ascertain and intimate the details of candidates so far not approached to their circle for pre-appointment / appointment formalities. On receipt of information from CS, CHQ will ask the Directorate to cancel their candidature and carry forward the vacancy/vacancies to next year. CHQ need this information immediately, as matter related to allotment of candidates for the year 2014 is to be taken up with Directorate.
