This Association conveys its sincere thanks for timely processing of the DPC for promotion of ASPs to PS Group “B” for the vacancy year 2015-16 and would like to invite your kind attention to the letter dated 1/8/2015 wherein circle wise vacancy position of PS Gr. B cadre as on 1/8/2015 was communicated to you.

Now Directorate vide above referred letter has called for vacancy position of PS Gr. B cadre from circles as on 1/9/2015, 1/10/2015 and 1/11/2015 for DPC purpose. It is hoped that the same may have received in Directorate enabling you to convene DPC. However, this association has also ascertained required position through Circle Secretaries which is furnished below for your kind information.

It is therefore requested to kindly consider the above vacancy position for holding of PS Gr. B DPC for the year 2015-16 without waiting for the result of JTS DPC. The resultant vacancies arising as a result of promotion of Group “B” to “A” can be filled by convening supplementary DPC as given in para-3 of the Department of Posts (Personnel Division) letter No.25-10/2014-SPG dated 09/07/2014 coupled with para-7 of DOP & T OM No.22011/9/98-Estt (D) dated 08-09-1998 (copy enclosed).

An early action is requested.
