Under the provisions of article 30 of the constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent of Posts, It is hereby notified that the pre conference Circle Working Committee meeting of the Association will be held at Tiruchendur on 20^th August 2014 at 11:00 hours.

 

Venue : - C.W.C meeting will be held at Udhayam International Hotel Tiruchendur

(Near Head Post Office Tiruchendur)

 

 

1-             Confirmation of the minutes of last circle working committee.

2.      Approval of Annual Report of the Association.

3-      Approval of Annual audited accounts of the Association.

4.      Discussion on Organizational and financial review of the Circle Association

5-       Any other items with the permission of the chair.

 

All the Circle office bearers are requested to attend the meeting well in time.
