Sub:     Four monthly meeting of Recognized Service unions/Service
                        Associations with Chief PMG, -Reg

                        Ref :     CPMG TN letter No SR/1-15/2012/FMM dated at Chennai the 13-12-2012.

The following are the subjects to be discussed in the proposed four monthly meeting to be held shortly at CO Chennai..

1.       Request to supply invertors to all Sub divisional offices

At present almost all work in Sub divisions are done in computers with network environment. So uninterrupted power supply is an inevitable one. The domestic power supply is very poor throughout the state. There is no scope for any improvement in near future. It badly affects the work of IP/ASPs. Therefore it is requested to supply invertors to all Sub divisions to help them in doing the work without delay.

2.       Request to Pass the TA/DA Bills of IP/ASP in the revised rate

The cost of living is considerably increased due to steep raise of the essential commodities especially the food stuff. As IP/ASPs are always on tour they are not able to bear the tour expenses within the pre revised DA rates. Further most of their tours are in rural area and they find it very difficult to produce the food bills for claiming the revised DA. So it is kindly requested to pass their TA bills in the revised rate of Mileage and DA on self declaration for food bill in all Regions.

3.         Request to Supply inspection tool

         

At present IP/ASPs are taking inspections with reference to the questionnaire available for manual operations. Whereas the operative work is carried out in the latest application software in which there is no provision for Auditing. As such the inspecting officials find it very difficult to check the financial transactions and other essential items to be checked compulsorily. Therefore it is requested to supply a tool to fetch all the data required for inspection.
