1. This Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Association of Inspector and Assistant Superintendent Posts, Tamil Nadu Circle branch strongly condemns the arbitrary personal interview – ‘one to one review meeting’ – with IP/ASPOs conducted by Shri. 2. This Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Association of Inspector and Assistant Superintendent Posts, Tamil Nadu Circle branch conveys its resentments over calling the IP/ASPOs by Shri. 3. This Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Association of Inspector and Assistant Superintendent Posts, Tamil Nadu Circle branch conveys its resentments over the arbitrary dress code prescribed by Ms. Nirmala Devi, Director, PTC, Madurai which intervenes the privacy of the trainees. 4. This Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Association of Inspector and Assistant Superintendent Posts, Tamil Nadu Circle branch resolves to request the Chief PMG, Tamil Nadu Circle not to depute IPs/ASPs for any ‘training courses’ at Postal Training Centre, Madurai till Ms. Nirmala Devi functions as the Director because of anti-attitude against the IP/ASP trainees.
5. This Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Association of Inspector and Assistant Superintendent Posts, Tamil Nadu Circle branch conveys its resentments in the arbitrary transfers of IP/ASPs of Central Region, in the middle of the academic year & without any specific & valid reasons, by Shri. Bahadhur Singh, PMG, Central Region.

8. This Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Association of Inspector and Assistant Superintendent Posts, Tamil Nadu Circle branch resolves to request the Chief PMG, Tamil Nadu Circle to convene DPC for promotion from IP to ASPs and not to order adhoc arrangements for clear vacancies, instead of regular promotion & to prepare a panel of IPs and to issue regular orders whenever vacancy arises, without loss of time, so that it will not adversely affect their MACP,…etc.
9. This Circle Working Committee meeting of All India Association of Inspector and Assistant Superintendent Posts, Tamil Nadu Circle branch resolves to request the Chief PMG, Tamil Nadu Circle to consider the reallotment requests of IPs/ASPs from one Region to other, early. (and before issue of regular promotional orders from IP to ASPs, issuance of reallotment should be given priority, as it would be beneficial to the senior officers)
