Sir, Very nice decision by Dept. of Posts. There is no vacancy to accommodate male candidates who passed the same exam, but for female candidate vacancy is well available. No concept and no justice. It is better Dept can reserve all IP post to female candidates. Please take such subject from IP/ASP association.
When it comes for promotion male and female are shown partiality. Male IP also have family, then have to run two establishment and have to miss their children and parents. This is discrimination to all Male IPs.
