Dte. has issued orders not to impose any penalty for non-achieving PLI/RPLI targets. CPMG,Chattisgarh was punishing IP/ASP for achieving RPLI targets. The matter was taken up with DG. Copy of the order addressed to CPMG,Chattisgarh is reproduced below.It may be circulated to all IP/ASP.

I am directed to refer to your letter No.RPLI/2-1/Target/2007-08 dated 21.1.2009 on the above mentioned subject.

2. The matter has been examined in detail in consultation with PLI Directorate. The Sub Divisional Heads should be motivated properly to achieve the PLI/RPLI targets. They should not be punished on this count. This may be kept in view in the process of fixing/assessing RPLI targets.
