a group meeting was held at PTC, Madurai on 271108. 42 members were attended the meeting including trainees / local officers. it was chaired by CP / CS / CT / ACS (SR) & the follg topics discussed :
01. Daily All : Production of Food Bills a/w TA Bills. It is clearly stated that the production of food bills is not necessary. it is clarified in MoF OM No. 19030 / 3 / 2008-E IV Dt. 19.11.08 (last line - only the actual expenditure incurred within the prescribed limits will be reimbursed as per NORMAL PROCEDURE OF REIMBURSEMENT ). Hence it is informed by CP / CS that all members NOT PRODUCE FOOD BILLS a/w TA Bills. If need any clarificaiton pl contact CS.
02. Fixation of Pay those promoted on or after 01.01.06. Lot of discussion going.
03. And other local issues.
