Sub:- Bi-monthly meeting of Recognized Service Associations with the PMG., Southern
Region, Tamilnadu, Madurai-625 002– Reg.
Ref :- PMG’s letter No. SR/17-3/2016/MA dated 03.06.2016.
The following are the subjects to be
discussed in the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on 28.06.2016.
Old Subjects:- “NIL”
New
Subjects: -
1. Since
most of the BOs in Southern region are situated in deep rural area with poor
bus service ,it is requested that road mileage may be increased from 200 Kms to
400 KMs per month as a functional requirements.
2. Request
for payment of IO/PO Honorarium
bills in the revised rate.
3. Request for
allotment of funds/Additional funds for the payment of TA Bills & RPLI
incentives
to IPs/ASPs.
The following members of our
Association will attend the proposed Bi-monthly meeting to be held on
28.06.2016. It is kindly requested to make necessary relief arrangements to
them.
